Domina Productions at the Miami Winter Music Conference 2010

So I get a call the other day from a guy at the WMC asking me if Domina Productions could participate on a label panel. Hopefully I’ll get a confirmation soon but otherwise if there are any like-minded producers of dark & dirty electronic music, visuals or performance, get in touch…we are always on the look out for alternative talent. Kaysh’s Creep & Xarah’s Introduction

My first experience with the digital music industry was a beneficial one. Quite a few years back, Cristian Paduraru was the most remixed producer in the digital realm. Cristian gave hundreds of producers the possibility of releasing a remix through one of his labels on Beatport, and I was the one managing the onslaught of remixes. This role was a gold mine for meeting undiscovered artists and among them, the beautiful and talented Kaysh.

I’ve known Kaysh for years now and knew from the very beginning that she was destined for stardom. She has a seductive voice, loves her heels, plays the drums, and has a great ear for raw and retro synthesis. Kaysh’s latest release Creep (DP009) was quickly picked up for remix by Kid Dub in London as well as Fallhead in Germany, and these guys won’t just remix anything! This dirty and dark crowd pleaser is certain to instigate sex on the spot, gas mask not required! We thankfully have support from some big names out there:

Olivier Giacomotto, Timo Garcia, John Aquaviva, Jnr J, Medway (our mastering guru), Mason, Ascii Disko
